Christopher Ward’s First Titanium Watch

Christopher Ward, founded in 2005, is the first luxury watch maker to sell directly online, and thus provides consumers with extraordinary value. The brand’s watches are designed in the UK and then hand-assembled in Switzerland. Since its inception, the company’s sales have grown at an alarming sixty percent each year.
In order to perfect this unusual sales model, Christopher Ward also uses an alternative comprehensive customer service package, which includes 60 days of return and 60 months of warranty. In terms of after-sales service, the company is also taking an unusual path, charging a flat $ 75 to ensure that customers can get their watches back within two weeks.
